Thomas H. Derderian
Attorney at Law
Thomas H. Derderian has been an associate attorney at Michael R. Kluck & Associates since 1987. He represents both public and private employers on a wide variety labor and employment law matters. Mr. Derderian has successfully represented clients in all Michigan courts, including the Michigan Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and in administrative hearings before the Michigan Employment Relations Commission.
Mr. Derderian is experienced in a wide range of issues faced by public and private sector clients with extensive experience on matters related to Act 312 and grievance arbitration proceedings. He represents clients in both general civil litigation and labor and employment law.
Mr. Derderian presents and trains on key labor and employment law matters. Past presentations were made to the County Road Association of Michigan, Michigan Association of Counties, the American Arbitration Association, and the Michigan Personnel Directors Association.
Prior to joining Michael R. Kluck & Associates, Mr. Derderian had his own practice. He specialized in labor relations and the representation of public municipalities.
Mr. Derderian received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit College of Law. Mr. Derderian attended Texas A & M University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College.
